Real results, shared openly. Meet the people behind My Hydrogen Protocol.

Greg the Hydrogen Man

Greg, The Hydrogen Man

Creator · The Official Hydrogen Man Protocol™

Greg the Hydrogen Man spent more than two decades working in the medical field before a serious personal health crisis forced him to look beyond what conventional medicine could offer. After exhausting both Western and alternative approaches without meaningful results, he began an independent investigation into human physiology, water science, and nutritional biochemistry that would span more than a decade.

What emerged is The Official Hydrogen Man Protocol — a structured daily system built around molecular hydrogen water, high-fiber nutrition, and consistent movement. But Greg has never been content to observe results without understanding them. When he sees something working — in himself or in someone following his protocol — his instinct is to go find out why. Over the years he has built a network of physicians, researchers, and scientists who can bring the data side to his observations: running labs, reviewing biomarkers, and stress-testing his theories against real outcomes. That collaboration between firsthand observation and rigorous measurement is what has continued to refine the protocol.

Greg’s central argument is that the modern wellness industry has overcomplicated what the body actually needs. His protocol deliberately uses a small number of foundational inputs — chosen for biological compatibility and documented effect — rather than a broad supplement stack. Every product he recommends is one he uses personally.

Known online as the Hydrogen Man through his personal YouTube channel Uprising 144K, Greg has built a following among people who have tried conventional and alternative approaches without success. The Official Hydrogen Man Protocol is his attempt to put everything he has learned into a single, reproducible system — precise enough to follow completely, and grounded enough to hold up to scrutiny.

John XD, data-driven biohacker and protocol participant

John XD

My Hydrogen Protocol App Owner · Data-Driven Wellness Coach

John XD has spent years systematically tracking his own biology with a level of rigor that few match. He was already applying a wide range of evidence-informed practices, tracking his results with unusual rigor: blood panels, dexa scans, VO2 max, visceral fat ratios. The results were competitive but unremarkable relative to the investment.

After adopting the hydrogen protocol — specifically molecular hydrogen water consumption and inhalation — his biomarker profile was evaluated by Dr. She, a researcher who evaluates biological age and longevity markers across a worldwide cohort of high-performance individuals. Dr. She ranked him in the top five in his worldwide cohort, a cohort that includes individuals spending significantly more resources on longevity interventions.

John’s involvement with My Hydrogen Protocol is straightforward: he tracked the data before and after, the data changed substantially, and he believes that outcome is scientifically worth documenting and sharing.

John is a longevity coach, founder of Biohacking Las Vegas, and OsteoStrong franchise owner based in Las Vegas, Nevada — where he works daily with individuals applying evidence-based methods to extend their health and life span.

These are not doctors making claims.
They are people living the protocol, measuring the results, and sharing what they find.

Our Team

We are a small team built around one belief: real results, shared openly.

Greg the Hydrogen Man developed this protocol over more than a decade of personal observation. John XD applied it, measured it, and brought a data-first perspective that confirmed what Greg had observed firsthand.

We are not a clinic. We are an education and wellness company. We are people who found a wellness protocol that works and believe it should be accessible to anyone ready to learn and take it seriously.

Our faith shapes how we approach this. We believe the body was designed with intention. We believe people deserve honest information. We are part of a broader shift toward taking responsibility for your own wellness — and we want to help you do that.

Our role is simple. Do the work honestly. Share what holds up. And make it accessible to anyone ready to take it seriously.
